As we welcome Summer Solstice energy, we will explore and rise with the warmth and light of the seasonal shift. We will celebrate and share in guided meditation & journaling; breathwork & connection; rhythm and somatic movement; activity, conversation & share while solidifying our intention(s). Sacred space and sacred circle. We will celebrate with nourishing tea and special treats. The Ka Chi Yoga Institute is welcoming co-facilitator Alyse of Earthstar Reiki.
