Ka Chi Yoga

A practice of mindfulness and of non harm, compassion towards self and others including animals and plants recognizing the oneness of all things.

Although the philosophy of Ka Chi Yoga is a practice of nonviolence, it also follows the rules of nature regarding defending self and the innocent in situations of injustice or threat of bodily harm.

Class Details

Ka Chi Yoga is 60 to 90 minutes in duration based on the level of the individual and or class participants. All classes include breathwork and meditation training as well.

Spirit, Mind & Body

Spirit is the foundation of all living things.
Mind is the manifestation of Spirit.
Body is the vessel where Spirit and Mind express itself.

In the same manner that a house needs a foundation to be constructed on for it’s manifestation, likewise the Body stands on the foundation of Spirit and could not come into existence without it. Therefore it would be illogical to acknowledge theBody without first mentioning it’s creator which is Spirit.

In the same manner, Mind which is the operating system or intelligence of Spirit has also been in existence before the physical Body.
